JOIN THE TEAM

Help run DFM by Dominion.

Apply as an administrator or moderator for one DFM community with five servers. Help run the demo, put the app through real farming sessions and build a welcoming player community. Dominion reviews each application personally.

Want to join as a player? You do not need to apply for a staff role.

Administrator

Organise sessions, coordinate farm work and testing, and help recruit dependable players. Use DFM’s jobs, planning and equipment bookings with the crew, and work with Dominion on improvements across the five servers.

Moderator

Welcome and guide new members, keep conversations respectful and help resolve everyday disagreements. Support player recruitment, collect useful feedback and raise serious concerns with Dominion.

How joining the team works

Apply with your role, availability and experience. You do not need to bring a group or server.
Take a guided walkthrough and discuss the role with Dominion.
Agree a two-week volunteer trial around your availability, then review responsibilities together.

These are community volunteer roles. Staff appointments and permissions are agreed separately; an application or trial does not automatically give administrator access.

Only you and Dominion can read your submission and replies. We use these details to handle your request. You can withdraw it from My requests.
